STATESBORO, GA - Mrs. Cora McCall Robbins began her life journey September 26, 1927 in Screven County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Lonnie and Florence McCall.
She accepted Christ as her personal savior and Lord and united with Whitesville Full Gospel Worship Center until her health declined.
Cora spent 30 years working for prominent families as a Household Techncian.
Cora met the love of her life, Mr. Willie Robbins, Sr. which they united in holy matrimony on November 14,1972. Together they shared a full and complete life bring forth five beautiful children.
To know her was to love her, she will be deeply missed. She passed quietly into the Lord's embrace early Monday, March 3, 2014 at the Ogeechee Area Hospice.
Cora was preceded in death by both parents, a son, Willie Robbins, Jr.
Her love and sweet spirit will live on with her faithful and devoted husband, Willie Robbins, Sr. of Statesboro, GA; two daughters, Earlene Chambers and Jene (Michael) Brown both of Statesboro, GA, two sons, Marvin Robbins and James Robbins both of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.; a caravan of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, newphews, cousins and friends.
A Wake Service will he held on Friday, March 7, 2014 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at New Birth House of Prayer for All People. A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Cora McCall Robbins will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 11:00 A.M. New Birth House of Prayer for All People, 2300 NW 22nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311. Final Resting Place and Committal Service will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
